Tibet lies in center of Asia in height of 4,900 with an area of 2.5 million square kilometer. Lhasa is the capital city of Tibet. It is also known as “The Roof of The World”. It has the population of 3.145 million. Once it was also a forbidden kingdom to tourists.
Tibet is rich in natural resources, cultural resources which help to attract the large numbers of tourists.
Due to situated at a high altitude it has a different climate than other countries. It has the longest winter season. It has four seasons they are Spring (April, May), Summer (June, July, August), Fall (September, October), Winter (November, December, January, February, March). May to October is the best time to visit Tibet.
Tibet mainly can be separated into three major parts i.e. East, North and South. In south there are cities like Lhasa, Shigatse, Gyantse and Tsetang and its importance. In north parts it contained vast grassland and in East you can find Virgin Forest. In this parts you can able to see birds and animal like Alpine Musk Deer, Alpine Weasel, Asiatic Black Bear, Blue sheep, Clouded Leopard, Frog, Tibetan Hot Spring Snake, Black Necked Crane, Black Stork, Hill Pigeon, Little Owl, Greylag Goose etc. Medicinal plants found in Tibet are Plantaginaceae, Asteraceae, Ranunculaceae, Cupressaceae, Campanulaceae etc. Tibet is rich in natural beauty as well as in plants and animals too
Mostly the people of Tibet followed Buddhism. The living style of people of Tibet has its own uniqueness. It has change became more changes now Tibetan people than many years back people.
Less number of peoples are educated here due to the threat of China. Tibetan is their official language now, Tibetan have a fond of singing and dancing. They celebrates different festivals in different season like Guozhuang Festival, Wangguo Festival etc. it has their own importance in religion and cultures.
