Mera Peak Climbing located at the edge of Khumbu Region dominated by Mt Everest and which is the highest trekking route in Everest region. This Mera Peak climbing gives you the best experience of an adventure journey. Experience of previous high-altitude climbing is necessary to make an attempt to Mera Peak. From here you can observe the view of top 5 mountains above than 8000M, they are Mt Everest, Kanchenjunga, Makalu, Lhotse, Cho-Oyu.

Your Mera Peak Climbing is just for 17 Days where you go up to the altitude of 6461M so it is graded as moderate climbing. Your trek starts from Paiya and way you pass through in this trek are Pangoma, Shibuche, Chetrakhola, Kothe, Tangnag, Khare, Mera Base Camp, High Base Camp, Mera Peak, Thuli Kharka, Lukla and again back to Kathmandu On the way you get chances to see the natural beauty, Stunning view of different mountains as well as to know the living standard, culture and tradition of thee local people.

Itinerary of Mera Peak Climbing

  • Day 1 : Kathmandu Arrival
Well Nepal travels and tour heartily welcome you in arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA). And escort you to the hotel. Stay overnight at hotel.  
 
  • Day 2 : Kathmandu valley sightseeing
After breakfast you move for sightseeing Pashupatinath Temple (temple of lord god Shiva), Swayambunath Stupa, Kathmandu Durbar Square And many more places of Kathmandu valley. You back to the hotel and preparation for trek and stay overnight at hotel.  
 
  • Day 3 : Kathmandu to Lukla to Paiya (2730M)
After breakfast you drive towards airport for your Lukla flight after 40min of flight you will be at Lukla. There you meet our other crew which helps you to packing and arrangement for your trek and you move towards Paiya along crossing the several villages like Surke, Pakhapani etc, from here you can see the stunning  view of the  Knodge RI, Khatang, Tang Ragi Tu and other. Stay overnight at Paiya.  
 
  • Day 4 : Paiya to Pangkoma (2850M)
After breakfast you gear up for Pangkoma, on the way you pass through bamboo and rhododendron forest, narrow mountain trail and spectacular view of Dudh Koshi River and Dudh Koshi Himal. And we stay overnight at Pangkoma.  
 
  • Day 5 : Pangkoma to Shibuche (2745M)
After breakfast you headed towards Shibuche along with descending rocky paths to rhododendron forest, long Mani wall, through hills, ridges and teahouses. Stay overnight at Shibuche.  
 
  • Day 6 : Shibuche to Chetra Khola (3150M)
After breakfast you move towards Chetra Khola where you need to pass through steep slopes, narrow and typical mountain trails, Rhododendron forest and Bamboo forest, cross landslide and through crystal clear streams to jungle. Stay overnight at Chetra Khola.  
 
  • Day 7 : Chetra Khola to Kothe (3600M)
After breakfast you gear up for Kothe, passing through the rhododendron forest, pine and Bamboo forest, and also passing to Hinku Valley. Stay overnight to Kothe.  
 
  • Day 8 : Kothe to Tangnag (4350M)
After breakfast you headed to Tangnag from where you can see the 1st view of Mera Peak. You need to pass through Hinku Khola, pass through Gondishung and different gumbas. Stay overnight at Tangnag.  
 
  • Day 9 : Acclimatization Day
This day is a Leisure day for you where you can do time pass by exploring the more about Tangnag like culture, tradition, languages of the people and chances to know more about flora & fauna of Tangnag, Email your friends, Parents etc. Stay overnight at Tangnag.  
 
  • Day 10 : Tangnag to Khare (5045M) to Mera Base Camp (5300M)
After breakfast you move towards Khare on the way you can see the spectacular view of Charpate Himal, Hinku Nup himal and stay while on Khare and again headed towards Mera Base Camp from where you can enjoy the memorable view of sunset along with the stunning view of Mt. Everest, Makalu, Cho Oyu, south face of Lhotse, Nuptse and other. Stay overnight at Mera Base Camp.  
 
  • Day 11 : Mera Base to High Base Camp (5780M)
After breakfast you gear up for high base camp where it can be a bit hazardous if it has recently snowed, as there are a number of crevasses here. So you must be aware Stay overnight High Base Camp.  
 
  • Day 12 : High Base Camp to Summit (6461M) to back down Khare
After breakfast you move ahead to your final destination to climb Mera Peak. from where you can see the stunning view of Mt. Everest, Cho-Oyu Lhotse, Makalu, Kanchenjunga and others. Stay for a while to capture the beauty of surroundings and again trail down to the Khare. Stay overnight at Khare.  
 
  • Day 13 : Khare to Kothe (3600M)
After breakfast you trail down to Kothe where you can explore the local area. Stay overnight at Kothe.  
 
  • Day 14 : Kothe to Thuli Kharka
After breakfast trail down to Thuli Kharka, on the way you can enjoy with the beauty of the nature. Stay overnight at Thuli Kharka.  
 
  • Day 15 : Thuli Kharka to Lukla
After breakfast you trail down to Lukla along with Zatrwa La Pass and Chutanga. Stay overnight at Lukla.  
 
  • Day 16 : Lukla to Kathmandu
After breakfast you head towards airport to fly to Kathmandu. This day is free for you .you can do shopping, organize a photo and you have a small party for our success campaign trek. Stay overnight at hotel.  
 
  • Day 17 : Departure
This is an end of the day of your trek. You can email you parents, friends, agents, organize photos and recall the memories that you capture on Mera Peak Climbing. If you have plenty of time to stay in Nepal so you can make a call for us to plan for you.
